VEHICLE / MOTOSHOWCASE & DIY
Do you have an interesting rig you want to show off in our Showcase & DIY Vehicle Area? A panel of Overland Expo® judges will be curating a limited selection of vehicles and motorcycles. If selected, you’ll get to present a 50-min “show and tell” about your vehicle!
QUALIFICATIONS & RULES
QUALIFICATIONS
- A personal vehicle or motorcycle that the owner would like to show off.
- Must provide a current link to at least one photo showing the vehicle or motorcycle in the current condition.
- Vehicle / moto and owner may not sell product or represent product for sale. No exceptions.
IF CHOSEN:
- You will be asked to give a 50-min “show and tell” presentation about your rig, during a scheduled time.
- Vehicles: You must be willing and able to camp with your rig at an assigned spot in the Showcase & DIY Vehicle Area. Plan to check-in between 10 am and 3 pm on Thursday and not leave before you are given the "all clear" from a member of the Overland Expo Staff - likely around 3:30pm Sunday. (We must ensure that all attendees have left the venue before show vehicles begin moving about.) Camping on-site until Monday morning is allowed.
- You will receive one free Weekend Pass with Camping ticket for yourself and one for a passenger (who must arrive in the vehicle with you and camp with you). Weekend Pass with Camping ticket includes select activities—does not include attendance to any premium classes (any driving or riding). If you are interested in taking classes, you need to register for an Overland Experience package. Note: do not wait to purchase tickets, Weekend Passes with Camping will sell out—we will refund the ticket amount for any accepted vehicles.
