With our inaugural Overland Expo SoCal in the books, it’s time to turn our attention to the event that started it all some 16 years ago: Overland Expo West. In just a few short weeks, overlanders from all over the world will once again gather in Flagstaff, Arizona, to get educated, equipped, and inspired to continue their overlanding adventures. Over the next few weeks, we’ll have more news about the deals you can expect, educational opportunities, the special events happening throughout the weekend, and much more.
In the meantime, we wanted to share the amazing list of sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and visitors already lined up for Overland Expo West 2025. Whether you’re seeking inspiration for your ADV adventures, are curious how to get the most out of limited gear, or want to know more about trail side maintenance, this is the education area for you.
Speaking of places for adventure inspiration, the Storytelling Pavilion sponsored by Bush Lapa USA will be the hub of great adventure storytelling all weekend. We have a stunning lineup of people who have traveled the globe and will be sharing the inside stories behind their travels, including the good, the bad, and the ugly of extended travel.
The Women Who Wander programming has been an increasingly popular part of Overland Expo since its start just a few years ago. Rig Ready Systems will be sponsoring the Women Who Wander Pavilion where a wide variety of women-oriented classes, roundtables, and get togethers will offered throughout the event.
The Learning Lab, sponsored by Denali Campers, will make its debut at Overland Expo West this year. The educational space is intended to provide more intensive education for those looking to do a deeper or more advanced dive into a given topic or area. The instructor / attendee ratio is smaller in this teaching area, allowing for open dialogue and complex learning.

Getting Behind the Wheel

Thursday night will kick things off with the 5:00 pm Welcome Happy Hour sponsored by Barebones Living. Come and enjoy a refreshing drink and get to know the Overland Expo community as you get ready for an amazing weekend.
Friday night, start off at 5:00 pm with the Happy Hour sponsored by TOPS Knives and then stick around for the 7:00 pm Film Festival sponsored by Krug Expedition where you will be treated to an exciting collection of cinema-quality films created by our community.
If the ADV scene is more your speed, join us at 7:00 pm for the infamous Moto Party sponsored by Rider Justice. It’s always a popular event so be sure to buy your tickets for the party early — it always sells out.
Saturday evening’s festivities get going with that evening’s Happy Hour sponsored by Maxxis Tires starting at 5:00 pm. Be sure to stick around after it for the Overland Expo Foundation Raffle which kicks off at 7:00 pm. The mountain of raffle prizes grows bigger and bigger every event with some truly impressive gear that just might be going home with you.
